SeaTac Airport Call Up Procedure

After your group has claimed their luggage, contact the Ground Transportation desk, located across from baggage carrousel 12, or by dialing 55 from any courtesy phone.  Give them the name of your group and tell them that you have a mini bus from Premier Coaches Northwest.  Ground Transportation will then dispatch your mini bus from an offsite holding area to the South Ground Transportation lot located outside of Door 00.  You must walk your group to the lot and meet your mini bus there.  Ground Transportation should give you a lane # which your mini bus will be in.  It takes about 7-10 minutes for your bus to arrive once contacted by Ground Transportation.
